FLIR Si1
The FLIR Si1 is an easy-to-use acoustic camera designed to locate and quantify leaks in compressed air systems. This lightweight, one-handed camera helps maintenance, manufacturing, and engineering professionals identify air leaks faster than with traditional methods.
Description
The Si1 features a carefully engineered array of highly sensitive MEMS microphones, enabling the camera to create precise acoustic images that visually display ultrasonic information – even in noisy industrial environments. The acoustic image is overlaid in real time onto a digital image, allowing accurate localization of the sound source. The camera also includes built-in analysis to quantify losses caused by leaks.
The Si1 includes a plugin that allows acoustic images to be imported into FLIR Thermal Studio for offline editing, analysis, and advanced report generation. Field analysis and reporting can also be performed using the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service. Images can be transferred via USB cable or memory stick.
